Fuckin' boring, man. But at least I got to talk to the coach about getting on the fight team.

Now I'm off to the gym to do my real PT for the day.

- 15 burpees
- 20 crunches
- 10 pushups
- A 50-yard suicide
- 30 seconds of mountain climbers
- 30 seconds of squats
- 30 seconds of crunches
- 30 seconds of partner leg hops
